As your arrival is approaching I wanted to check for your availability regarding registration process (needs to be done within 3 days after your arrival). As you are arriving Sunday evening we could combine registration on Monday. City hall opens at 8.00 so we can go there immediately in the morning and register you.

City hall already opens at 8.00 which means that we would be finished with registration at 8.30 so you can be at the office at 9.00. I could come pick you up at your temporary Monday morning and drive you to your office afterwards to make sure you will be in time.
